Power Asanas — Air & Freedom (Tittibhasana Focus)
This class explores the feeling of freedom through the body—light, spacious, and quietly powerful.
We begin by awakening the hips in Malasana, planting the seeds for Tittibhasana through playful exploration rather than pressure. From there, we build intelligent strength with targeted isometric work—activating the shoulders in Shalabhasana and deepening hamstring engagement in a wide-legged seated position.
The practice flows through Vayu Namaskara (Air Salutation), inviting movement that feels expansive rather than forced—breath-led, fluid, and freeing.
Expect a strong focus on the legs, including controlled leg lifts in Mermaid, alongside a refinement of your Chaturanga—cleaner, more integrated, and supported.
We close with a deep and slightly unexpected release: a Bhunamanasana twist to soften the intensity and create space where effort once lived.
This is a practice of contrast—
Strength and lightness.
Effort and ease.
Grounding… and flight.
Not about achieving the pose—
but about feeling the moment where lift becomes possible.
