Waning Gibbous — Grounded Power & Deep Release
Earth-element Power Asanas | Peak: Lizard & Juicy Lizard
This class is about building power you can actually soften into.
We move slowly and deliberately through high lunge variations and isometric holds, using the block as both support and resistance to wake up deep, intelligent strength. Rather than chasing intensity, we stay with sensation — letting effort organize the body instead of overpower it.
The journey peaks in Lizard and Juicy Lizard, where all that steady work pays off. You’ll feel grounded enough to stay, explore, and breathe — not because you pushed harder, but because you arrived prepared.
After peak, we transition toward the wall for longer, supported stretches with a clear focus on the psoas. This final phase is about integration: letting the nervous system settle while the hips and front body fully release.

This is a practice for yogis who want depth without aggression, effort without urgency, and the satisfaction of feeling both worked and deeply supported.
Perfect if you’re craving something earthy, focused, and quietly powerful.
