🌕 Full Moon Flow – Baddha Hasta Utthan Pristhasana

This special Full Moon practice was designed to honor the heightened energy of the lunar eclipse. We moved through grounding and expansive shapes to balance the intensity of this cosmic moment, building gradually toward our peak pose: Baddha Hasta Utthan Pristhasana (Bound Hand Lizard Pose).

The sequence included:

  • Chandra Namaskara (Moon Salutation) to connect with the lunar rhythm
  • Trikonasana (Triangle Pose) to open and lengthen through the sides of the body
  • Parsvottanasana (Pyramid Pose) to ground and steady the breath
  • Kaliasana (Goddess Pose) to embody strength, openness, and release

Through mindful breath, steady movement, and lunar-inspired awareness, the class offered both grounding and expansion — encouraging release of what no longer serves and creating space for personal intention under the full moon’s light.
