A fluid, strength-building practice inspired by the refining energy of the waxing moon and the balance of water and fire.

We begin with a grounded warm-up using a block to awaken stability and awareness, including Tiger Pose to mobilize the spine and core. From there, we move into Jala Namaskara (Water Salutation), cultivating smooth, continuous breath-led movement.

The main flow weaves between Three-Legged Dog transitions and High Lunge, building heat, coordination, and control. Shoulder strength is developed through focused work in Shalabasana and progressive drills in Three-Legged Plank. You’ll explore light, controlled entries toward Handstand, emphasizing precision over momentum.

The practice culminates at the wall with Headstand flowing into Bridge, integrating strength with openness, followed by soothing neck releases to restore ease.

Expect a balanced experience of effort and fluidity — strong, intentional movement softened by breath and mindful refinement. Perfect for practitioners looking to build inversion strength while staying connected to graceful, water-like flow.
