A strong, spacious practice exploring the Ether element — the field of openness that holds all movement.

We begin by gently awakening the neck and wrists to prepare the body for weight-bearing and inversion. From there, we move into Akasha Namaskara (Ether Salutation) to create steadiness within spaciousness and establish an intentional rhythm of breath and awareness.

This is an energizing class that builds deep core support. Expect focused work for the obliques through reverse abdominal activation from Viparita Karani and steady holds in side plank. A short but potent standing flow weaves together Side Angle and Warrior II to cultivate grounded strength before we shift toward inversion.

You’ll explore tripod headstand through three progressive set-ups, designed to build confidence, control, and clarity of alignment. The approach is supportive and methodical so you can explore safely — but this is not a passive practice. If you are currently experiencing neck pain, this inversion is best avoided.

We close by softening into Paschimottanasana and a gentle Matsyasana to create space through the spine and chest, integrating effort into ease.

A practice of strength held within spacious awareness — steady, focused, and quietly expansive.
